This smoothie is from the popular youtuber-without-a-face, Binging with Babish. This recipe was his answer to "What's your favorite healthy 5-minute snack?"
He peels his apples, but it's not necessary. Just chop them up a bit so it's easier to blend and you're good to go.
This is one of those rare smoothies that doesn't require any liquid. The liquid is entirely made from the apples. It may need some shaking or plunging to get started.
