Be Simple

You wanted a smoothie that tasted good and was healthy, while using 5 ingredients or less. Behold! The creation that is... Be Simple!

Throw in some frozen pineapple instead of fresh (money saver!), and cut back a little on the ice to get the same consistency. For each cup of ice you cut out, add 8 fl oz of water in its place.

Directions

  1. Combine the spinach and water in the blender and blend for 30 seconds.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients, except for the ice, and blend for 60 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Add the ice and blend for 10-20 seconds or until it reaches your desired consistency.
